We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.  


We are happy to offer free returns for 60 days from the date of purchase on all orders generated with the US.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items:

•   Gift cards

•   Opened health and personal care items

•   Custom/made-to-order items

To complete your return, you will need a return authorization. We also require an order #, receipt or proof of purchase.

We work with multiple independent manufacturers, so some returns will go back to our vendor directly. Others will be sent to us. Therefore it is critical that we authorize your return first.  No exceptions.  

To complete your return, please complete the following steps:

1) Email us and provide the following information:

•   Full name

•   Order number

•   Item(s) being returned

•   Date of purchase

•   Reason for your return

2) Wait for your return authorization (please allow two (2) business days). Given the return qualifies, your authorization will come in the form of a return label which will be sent to the email used on the original order. 

3) Re-package your item(s) in the original packaging and ship the return using the return label provided and drop it in the mail.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you will be receiving a refund on your item(s), the cost to ship the original order (if it did not qualify for free shipping) will be deducted from the amount your are refunded. 


If you are receiving an exchange, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you will vary. In general, the same lead times provided in our shipping policy apply.


If you are receiving a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that the package has been received and accepted. 

All credits will be applied to the method of payment used on the original order. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the funds to appear in your account.
